“ABC of Indiana/Kentucky’s contractor members and Kentucky and Southern Indiana’s construction industry are better for this important workforce development program,” said ABC President and CEO Mike Bellaman. “Trimmer Grants help drive sustainable long-term development and a competitive advantage in construction as we coach up the industry’s future workforce. Trimmer’s goal is to attract, upskill and retain talent through educating the public about the varied opportunities a career in the construction industry has to offer. Congratulations to ABC of Indiana/Kentucky for obtaining this grant.”
ABC members contribute on average $500,000 annually to TCEF, which recently awarded grants to ABC’s Alabama, Metro Washington, New Orleans/Bayou, New Hampshire/Vermont, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Southeastern Michigan and San Diego chapters to support their efforts to develop a skilled, safe and sustainable workforce.
