Building a better future through ABC’s Training Programs!
Our 4-Year Apprenticeship Program:
ABC of Indiana/Kentucky (ABC) is a provider of formal construction apprenticeship programs through the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship. ABC is also an NCCER Accredited Training Sponsor and, as such, awards globally recognized craft credentials and certificates upon completion of each level of study. ABC is a federally certified training program by Veteran Affairs.
ABC offers a wide variety of training options from formal apprenticeship programs to specific task training modules of study.

Annual Events
Craft Championships
The Chapter Craft Championships gives all third- and fourth-year apprentices the opportunity to compete in a competition to find the Best of the Best in each trade.
The competition starts with a written exam given to all apprentices.
The top scoring apprentices are then invited to ABC IN/KY Headquarters to compete in the hands-on portion to demonstrate their superior skills, training, and safe work practices.
Winners in each trade are then sponsored by ABC to compete at the National Craft Championship competition!
Graduation
Each year, we proudly host a graduation ceremony to honor the apprentices who have worked tirelessly to earn their journeyman certificate.
This event is a celebration of their dedication, skill, and perseverance throughout their training.
Surrounded by family, friends, and mentors, these individuals take a significant step forward in their careers, becoming the next generation of highly skilled professionals. It’s a moment that highlights their hard work and commitment to excellence.
